Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are only good on multiple night Reservations.
Guests must indicate they are using a gift certificate
when making a reservation.

Energy Surcharge
Beaulieu House charges a
5% energy surcharge

Room Guarantee
Rooms are only held with a
credit card number as a guarantee.

Key Policy
$25.00 key charge for keys lost or taken

Cleaning
Cleaning fee will be billed to guest credit card for any
extra and/or unusual cleaning needed for room.

• Corporate

The Beaulieu House welcomes well-mannered Pets with breed exceptions in certain rooms/suites by advance reservation and under the following conditions:

• Pets must be included in original reservation.

• At check-in, guests with a pet will need to sign our "Guest Pet Responsibility" agreement which guarantees and authorizes credit card payment for any damage caused by their pet.

• We charge a nightly pet fee of $10.00. This fee covers the additional time and effort needed to clean the guest accommodations after a pet visit.

• Pets must be under owner's control and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manners, running loose, etc.). Not everyone loves our pets as we do -- hard to believe -- & some folks have allergic reactions to animals.

• Since pets are not allowed in our "common areas" such as the main house, river room (including porch and patio dining area) only certain rooms with direct access from outdoors are available to accommodate guests with pets.

• Any pets who are untrained or do not behave well away from home (try to leave room, scratch, chew etc.) must be kept in a crate in the guest room.

• Animals who bark should not be left in guest rooms.

• Concerned about allergies? Not to worry! Most of our rooms are kept "pet free" and all of our rooms are Non-smoking.
