The Beaulieu Guest House is a charming, completely restored, "Turn of the Century" Victorian home. The bathrooms & kitchens have been modernized and all of the working systems are "state of the art".

The house is rented as 3 suites:

Downstairs front suite with 3 rooms (sleeps 4-6) & includes a living room with non-working fireplace, bedroom (king bed) kitchenette, and private bath. 

Downstairs back suite (sleeps 2-4) has living room, Bedroom (king bed), large private bath, screened/porch and deck.  Suite is equiped with mini fridge & microwave. 

Upstairs front suite (sleeps 2-3) has living room with non-working fireplace, full kitchen, large bath, and front porch.

The suites adjoin which is perfect for large family groups, reunions, weddings, etc.  There is a wrap-around porch with swing & sky-chair. For your enjoyment there is a hammock in the beautiful side yard. 

Port Royal is located 7 minutes from "Beautiful Beaufort by the Bay" and 5 minutes from Parris Island.  Port Royal, founded in 1562, is one of the oldest towns in America.  Port Royal is enjoying a Renaissance.

Restaurants include: Bateaux, Dockside, the Old Post Office Coffee Haus/cafe, Old School Pizzeria, Moon Doggies and Little Peace of Heaven Tea Room on 11th Street.  Local shops showcasing antiques, decorator items, lamps, consignment and art are making the restored village of Port Royal a popular destination. 

The Historic Society is located in a charming 1800's church adjoining our back yard. The oldest live oak trees in Port Royal are in our side yard. The Sands (river) beach with its boardwalk, observation tower, and boat ramp are within walking distance.
